How Can We Help You?

You can apply candidates for the job in a few clicks. 

Once you have logged in to your Axterior account, open the All contacts page in the left column. 

You’ll see the table of all the candidates. You can find a needed person faster by filtering them by level, position, skills, location, and creation date.

When you find the candidate, click on their name and open the candidate’s profile. 

Once you are ready to match the person with a job, move to the top right corner of the page and click Apply to job button.

You’ll see the job list, select the required job and click Apply button. 

After this, you can find and interact with the chosen candidate on the job pipeline. 

Note, that after adding candidates to the job pipeline, they can’t be removed. 

You can only reject candidates but they will be still visible on the job pipeline.
