Talent Pool is a useful Axterior tool where you can add the most outstanding candidates, whom the recruiter does not want to let out of sight for future job positions. Such a database will be extremely handy for recruiters in cases where a new vacancy opens. Before they start posting vacancies on all recruiting resources, they will be able to go to the database and select candidates there. There are 2 ways to add a candidate to the talent pool.

Way 1 - From the candidate profile in the contact base

Once you have logged in to your Axterior account, open the Contacts page in the left column.

You’ll see the table of all the candidates. Due to the convenient filters, you can find a needed person faster by filtering them: by level, position, etc. When you find the candidate, click on their name and press the Add to the talent pool button in the lower right corner. 

Open Talent pool list in the dropdown field and select the necessary category. For example, add a candidate to the Graphic Designer talent pool. This will simplify the following search process since you’ll be able to filter candidates in the Talent pool.

Once you select the talent pool, click Add button.

Way 2 - From the Talent Pools page

Open the Talent pools page in the left column.

You’ll see the table of all the talent pools. Find a needed talent pool and click on their name to open it.

Press the Add contacts button in the top right corner.

Open contacts list in the dropdown field and select the necessary candidate. Then press the Add button.
