Talent Pool is a useful Axterior tool where you can add the most outstanding candidates, whom the recruiter does not want to let out of sight for future job positions. Such a database will be extremely handy for recruiters in cases where a new vacancy opens. Before they start posting vacancies on all recruiting resources, they will be able to go to the database and select candidates there.

Step 1 - Opening the candidate profile in the contact base

Once you have logged in to your Axterior account, open the All contacts page in the left column. You’ll see the table of all the candidates. Due to the convenient filters, you can find a needed person faster by filtering them: by level, position, etc. When you find the candidate, click on their name and open the candidate’s profile. 

Step 2 - Adding to the Talent Pool

Here everything is quite simple. When you open the candidate’s profile, click the Talent pool button in the top right corner of the screen.

Open Talent pool list in the dropdown field and select the necessary category. For example, add a recruiter to the recruiter talent pool. This will simplify the following search process since you’ll be able to filter candidates in the Talent pool.

Once you select the talent pool, click Add button. You’ll be redirected to the talent pool page where you can find all the candidates in this category.
