Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
  • Experience with (preferably) full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
